ATTEND SYSTEMS — CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL (CSP)
The CSP is available exclusively to existing Attend Systems clients with an active System-as-a-Service contract.
Customers can use the Attend Systems CSP to:
- Search the Knowledge Base for answers
- Report new support cases.
- Contact Technical Support
- Add new information to open support cases
- Check the status of a support case
- Review a history of support cases
