ATTEND SYSTEMS — CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL (CSP)

The CSP is available exclusively to existing Attend Systems clients with an active System-as-a-Service contract.

Customers can use the Attend Systems CSP to:

  • Search the Knowledge Base for answers
  • Report new support cases.
  • Contact Technical Support
  • Add new information to open support cases
  • Check the status of a support case
  • Review a history of support cases
